Green Tea Leaves Plus Toasted Brown Rice

Most Genmaicha is made of Bancha, a lower grade Sencha that is stronger tasting and sometimes bitter. However, our Genmaicha comes from better quality Sencha leaves that are deep steamed for a lighter flavor. These leaves are blended with toasted brown rice (genmai) which produces a nut-like slightly grassy tasting everyday favorite.
